What this is
The Roof Guys App is software owned and run by The Roof Guys for its own business. It is not offered to the public. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
People the company has put on its roster: office staff, sales representatives, canvassers, crews, mechanics and supplement runners. The company adds people, sets what each role may do, and removes people when they leave. A sign-in is personal and is not to be shared.
What you agree to
To use the app only for the company's work. To keep homeowners' information inside the app and use it only for their job. To keep your password and sign-in to yourself. Not to copy the app's data out for any other purpose, and not to try to reach parts of the app your role does not open.
Email sent through your Gmail
If you switch on "Send from my Gmail", the job emails you write in the app leave from your own Gmail address and appear in your Sent folder. You are the sender of those messages. You can turn the switch off at any time on your profile, and the company can turn it off for you when you leave.
The company's records
Everything entered into the app about a job belongs to the company, and stays with the company when a team member leaves. Pay, schedules and standings in the app are the company's records of the work.
Availability
The app is provided as it is. The company works to keep it running and correct, and does not promise it will never be down or never be wrong. When it is wrong, the AccuLynx record and the signed paperwork decide.
